Nicola Belen

Nicola has started offering Women’s Temple in Central HK in Spring 2018 and upon completion of her training founded her own thriving Women’s Temple Group in Discovery Bay in Jan. She’s also a passionate Yoga teacher of 8 years and devoted mother of 3, having in depth knowledge of what it’s like to have an empowering pregnancy and birth.
