Nourish yourself

Our garden chefs and Seva Sisters lovingly prepare nourishing vegetarian Breakfast and Dinner. Please remain open to adopting a primarily plant-based, whole foods diet and abstain from meat and processed foods. When our body is clean, our minds are bright so we can dive wider into our heart's intent. If you have specific dietary needs or any allergies, please let us know.

Blessing of the food

Food as sustenance is our medicine. In reverence of our ‘Conscious Kitchen’ and incredible chefs, we share food blessings and gratitude together before each meal. We encourage all women to offer their personal reflections, cultural and family food prayers and songs. We reflect on the sacrifice endured to bring this food to us and receive it as fuel to turn into wisdom and compassion towards all beings.

“Heart Refuge” teatime Sweets

All are warmly welcome to join women from Hong Kong’s asylum seeker and refugee community as they open their kitchens and hearts to share home made deserts from their countries. Recipes passed on from their grand mothers, mothers and fathers, and friends are carried with them as they continue their search for a better life, free from war and persecution. We will gather at 4.30pm on Saturday by the mandala to celebrate these inspiring women and to share their hopes and amplify their prayers for a brighter future.

Leave no trace

This is a “leave no trace” gathering. We would like to leave the land with only our footprints, and we are committed to leaving the land cleaner than when we arrived. You will be required to carry a plate, bowl, cutlery for meals and your mug for tee, bottle for water. Don’t forget to bring something to sit on ground, and a cozy wrap or shawl. Baskets are always nice. We love animals, but please leave your pets at home.

Remember to pack out all what you pack in. Recycling bins are available right outside the entrance of the Farm. Please be sure to honour and respect all the plants, animals and insects by being aware of how you move about and where you may place your tent and belongings.

Share in sisterhood

We are offering something toward the betterment of our world, as we each carry a voice, a gift and power to discover and share. Sisterhood is harmonious integration regardless of where you may be on your path. We celebrate the feminine. Tending to this garden of vision, we awaken to the felt sense of belonging to that of which nourishes our spirit. May our harvest be shared and planted in communities and beyond.
